Take-Two Files New Bully Trademark

A new Bully game coming?

Bully is Take-Two’s 2006 classic, and great open-world game where player takes the role of a troubled teen trying to survive in an academy.  Now Take-Two, the game’s developer has filed a new trademark which cover “video game programs and software,” and others.

The trademark application, sent on July 25th, will protect “computer and video game programs and software; downloadable digital materials, namely, wallpapers, screensavers, digital music files, and graphics, videos, films, multimedia files, live action programs, motion pictures, and animation in the field of video games and computer games.”

So what does this mean?  Well, it can simply be Take-Two protecting their franchise, or it can mean a sequel is in the horizon.  Whichever it is, I suggest you to go try out Bully already.  It really is a hit that deserves more attention.
